Terms of Service

Kreova is a cloud-based software service (SaaS). You describe a web app and an AI agent builds, hosts, and runs it for you. The agent writes real code into a project you own, backed by a database and file storage we operate on your behalf, reachable at a web address we publish for you.

What you are buying is access, not a physical product and not a licence you can keep. A paid plan grants the right to use the hosted service, and the allowances described on our pricing page, for as long as the subscription is active. Nothing is shipped, downloaded, or installed.

Kreova is under active development: features may evolve, and the service is provided as is. Every build is saved as a checkpoint, and you can push your site's code (its pages, styles, scripts and database migrations) to your own GitHub repository at any time - we recommend doing so for anything critical. The hosted database, user accounts, file storage, notifications and payment services run only on Kreova and are not part of that code.

You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13 in any case.

You own everything you put into Kreova and everything the agent builds for you: your prompts, your project files, your data, your uploads. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service: to store your content, process it, display it back to you, serve it to visitors of your app, and send the relevant parts to our AI provider so the agent can do the work you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the content.

You may not use Kreova to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so
• host malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive people into giving up credentials or money
• publish content that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or harasses a specific person
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
• send bulk unsolicited email, or use the platform's email features to send mail the recipient did not ask for
• send text messages or place automated calls to anyone who has not given you permission to receive them
• sell or facilitate the sale of illegal goods, counterfeit goods, or regulated goods you are not licensed to sell
• attack, overload, probe, or attempt to break out of the platform, or access another customer's data
• resell the service, or automate it to mine free-tier capacity across many accounts

You are responsible for what your app does and for the people who use it. If your app collects personal data, complying with the law about that data is your obligation, not ours. If your app takes payments, you are the merchant of record for those payments and we are not a party to them.

Kreova text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Weblogix Digital LLC (Kreova) sends you sign-in and verification codes and notices about your account and your projects. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

• Message frequency varies with how you use Kreova.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming it, and no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@kreova.app.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. Texts that apps you build send to their own users come from a text-message account you connect, and getting those people's permission is your responsibility.

Kreova has a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plans, prices, and allowances are shown on our pricing page and are the prices that apply when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. A monthly plan is charged when you subscribe and on the same day each month afterwards, until you cancel. Your subscription continues, and continues to be charged, until it is cancelled by you or by us.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Plan allowances reset on the schedule stated on the pricing page and do not roll over. We may change limits or pricing with at least 14 days' notice by email; if a change disadvantages you on a paid plan, you may cancel before it takes effect, and if it takes effect mid-term we will refund the unused part of that term on request.

Every agent request costs us real money to serve, so we may throttle or suspend accounts that consume capacity abusively, including attempts to work around the limits.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. We will email you before an account is downgraded for non-payment.

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Billing in your dashboard: choose Manage billing to open the customer portal and cancel there. No email, phone call, or notice period is required.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep paid features until that date, you are not charged again, and the account then returns to the free plan. Your projects, data, and published sites remain in place on the free plan, subject to its limits.

You may also delete your account entirely, which removes your projects and their data. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail, and our Privacy Policy for what happens to the data.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. We do make exceptions, including for a charge you did not intend, a renewal you did not use, a period in which the service was materially broken, and a price change that took effect mid-term.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful or would help an ongoing attack. Serious cases - illegal content, active abuse of the platform - may be actioned immediately.

If we close your account other than for a breach, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to push your site code to GitHub and retrieve your data first, and refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

Kreova is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the code the agent writes will be correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. AI output needs review before you rely on it. Check what it builds before you put it in front of real users.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Kreova after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States.
