Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

Kreova is a subscription to a cloud-based software service, operated by Weblogix Digital LLC. This page explains exactly how to cancel, what happens when you do, and when we give money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to cancel

You can cancel yourself, at any time, in under a minute. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nothing to ask us for:

  1. Sign in at kreova.app and open Billing from the dashboard header.
  2. Choose Manage billing, which opens the secure customer portal.
  3. Choose Cancel plan and confirm.

If you would rather we did it, email support@kreova.app from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

When cancellation takes effect

At the end of the billing period you have already paid for, not immediately. You keep your paid plan and its allowances until that date, and you are not charged again. The dashboard shows the exact date your plan ends once you have cancelled.

After that date the account moves to the free plan. Your projects, files, databases, and published sites stay where they are and keep running within the free plan's limits. Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything.

Are payments refundable?

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future payments rather than reversing past ones, and because you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, that period is not usually refunded.

We do refund, on request, in these cases:

  • A renewal you did not intend and have not used. Tell us within 14 days of the charge and, if there has been no meaningful use of the service in that period, we refund it in full.
  • A duplicate or mistaken charge. Refunded in full, always.
  • A period in which the service was materially broken - a prolonged outage, or a fault that stopped you using what you paid for. We refund that period in full or in part depending on how much of it was affected.
  • A price increase that took effect mid-term. We refund the unused part of the term on request.
  • An account we close for a reason other than your breach of the terms. We refund the unused part of the period.

We do not refund for use that has already happened, and we may decline a refund where an account has abused the service or the refund process.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel or to a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@kreova.app from the email address on the account, and include the date and amount of the charge and a sentence about what happened. That is all we need.

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We will tell you either way, and if we say no we will say why.

Deleting your account and your data

Cancelling ends the subscription; it does not delete your account. If you also want your data gone, delete your projects from the dashboard or email us to close the account entirely. Deleted projects disappear from your dashboard immediately and their files and databases are purged within 30 days; backups roll over within 14 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Export your work before you delete it if you want to keep it. We are happy to help with that - just ask.
